"Georgia" Peach Smoothie

This is such refreshing smoothie recipe that it will quickly become a favorite in your house! You can also use frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit.

  • 2 Peaches (washed)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Milk (You can also use regular milk, coconut, almond milk, etc.)
  • 3-5 Ice cubes


  • Wash and slice peaches. Add to blender. (We like to set aside a couple of slices of peaches to garnish with!)
  • Peel and slice banana. Add to blender.
  • Add soy milk and orange juice to blender. Blend until all ingredients are blended completely.
  • Add ice cubes and pulse/blend until ice is blended into mixture.
  • Pour, garnish with a piece of peach (optional), and and serve immediately.
