Ingredients
1 12-ouncecan artichokesdrained and chopped
1cupHellmann's mayonnaise
1cupparmesan cheesegrated
1/2cupparmesanfor topping
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
Tabasco to tasteoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spray a casserole or glass baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour ingredients into prepared baking dish. Smooth top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. (I also add a little more onion and garlic powder to the top, but it's optional.)
Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbling around edges and top has just started to brown.
Serve hot with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
You can also add spinach, green chilis, or cream cheese to the recipe!
