Ingredients
12Oreo cookies
24ouncesGreen Wiltons Chocolate Melts(or any color / brand chocolate melts)
Christmas sprinklesof choice
Instructions
Prepare a counter or baking sheet by spreading with waxed paper or a non-stick baking mat (like a silicone mat).
In a double boiler (or mini crockpot), melt half of the green chocolate melts.
Drop one of the sandwich cookies into the melted chocolate. With a fork, carefully flip the cookie over until it is completely covered with the green chocolate.
With fork, remove sandwich cookie from chocolate and place on a non-stick baking mat.
Immediately sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles. If leaving plain, swirl the fork on the top of the cookie to make a melted chocolate tip.
Allow dipped cookies to cool and set while you repeat the process with the remaining cookies.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
If you need more chocolate, you can easily add more to the melted chocolate in the mini crock pot or double boiler.
