Ingredients
1cupcreamy peanut butter
3/4 cupwhite sugar
1largeegg
24chocolate Hershey Kissesunwrapped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover an ungreased baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar and egg until smooth.
Roll peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place in rows on baking sheet parchment or mat. Gently flatten the balls into a round cookie shape.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or just until the edges are firm. After removing from oven and while cookies are still warm, gently press an unwrapped Hershey's Chocolate Kiss into the top of each cookies. (Do not press all the way through or you'll just make a hole through the cookie.)
Allow to cool and set before eating. Store leftover peanut butter cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
