28.5 ounce small boxes of corn meal mix (like Jiffy corn muffin mix)
Instructions
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray, or line with crockpot liners.(See recommendation below.)
Mix together all ingredients, pour into crockpot.

IMPORTANT COOKING NOTE: Crockpots cook very differently. I've had crockpots that cooked this classic corn casserole recipe in a little over 2 hours (in oval crockpots). I've had other (round) slow cookers that took 4+ hours. If you're making this for an event (like for Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas menus), I recommend testing this recipe out ahead of time so you can make cooking time adjustments for your own crockpot.
