These green Saint Patrick’s Day treats are one of my favorites for St Paddy’s Day parties for kids and adults because they’re yummy, but the green color of the krispie treats mixed with the colorful Lucky Charms marshmallows are really beautiful for a dessert table or St. Patrick’s Day snack board.
To Make Leprechaun Lucky Charms Bars, You’ll Need These Recipe Ingredients:
- Lucky Charms cereal
- Rice crispie cereal (optional, see recipe note)
- White marshmallows
- Pastel colored marshmallows
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Green food coloring
- Green sprinkles or St Patrick’s Day sprinkles
RECIPE TIP: We’ve made these with a mix of Lucky Charms cereal and Rice Krispies cereal and also with just Lucky Charms. They’re good both ways!
