Make A Dandelion Wish
This seems like such a simple suggestion or nature idea, but I think we (as adults) can forget how fun wishing on a dandelion can be!
When the yellow dandelion flower turns to seed, it becomes those big fluffy white balls you see (with the seeds sometimes blowing in the wind).
And, if you blow on those white fluffy dandelion balls, you get to wish on them!
It’s one of the things that’s seared into my brain that we used to do all the time in spring and summer!
Make Dandelion Paint
This is one of our favorite crafts that we’ve ever done and something we will do every year now — smashing dandelions for paint and then painting with it!
If you’re only adding one dandelion craft to your ideas for kids, make it this one. You will not be disappointed!
