Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 12- ounce can artichokes drained and chopped
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan for topping
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Tabasco to taste optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Spray a casserole or glass baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour ingredients into prepared baking dish. Smooth top. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. (I also add a little more onion and garlic powder to the top, but it's optional.)
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbling around edges and top has just started to brown.
- Serve hot with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
