Ingredients
- 5 pounds apples cored and chopped
- 4 cups white sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
